1813491 | Primary Facility | 2009-07-10 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | Well site has been regraded to a natural contour. Drilling is complete. It appeared at the time of the inspection that the site has not been seeded and mulched. The operator should seed and mulch the site to prevent erosion and sedimentation. There are no signs of erosion and sedimentation on the access road and well site. Brine tank is in sound condition. Operator should continue to monitor the well site and access road for erosion and sedimentation. The well site is in an agricultural setting. |
