An erosion problem has formed on site. A ditch has formed on the fill side of the site. Erosion problem was caused by a spring flow off the hillside. Proper BMP's were discussed with the operator.
1783509 Primary Facility 2009-04-15 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted The erosion problem was addressed by the operator in a timely manner. Rip rap was used to stabalize the downgrade fill side of the site followed by straw bails to at the outlet. At the time of the inspection there was no sign of accelerated erosion and sedimentation. Operator should continue to monitor the access road and well site for erosion and sedimentation.
1915326 Primary Facility 2010-07-23 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Well is equipped for production. Well tag located. Brine tank appears to be in sound condition. No accelerated erosion and sedimentation noted on the access road or well site.
