Permit 129-25695 expired on 3/23/2006 prior to it being drilled. Subsequesntly on 3/31/2011 Hayden Harper acquired the repremitted 129-25695 well under new permit number 129-26312. Department is requesting Operator submit documentaiton showing the status change to Proposed But Never Materialized (PBNM) for permit 129-25695. |
