Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2838898 Primary Facility 2019-02-12 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted This well is tagged and is shut in presently. The well has a long 3/8" copper tubing line plumbed from the top of the well head to a tee at the filter sock bottle and although this line was shut at the time of my inspection, the dry flow orifice meter showed production recorded on the chart.

Note: It is this Inspector's opinion that that very long flexible copper tubing line is a temporary and poor substitute for a more stable hard plumbed production line. The operator will want to keep a close watch over this flexible line.
