It appears an area down-gradient of well head has recently been disturbed (photo #1). This area appears mulched. Department contacted operator rep Stephanie Snedden by phone. Ms. Snedden states controls were installed in the event a communication situation occurred with the Shaw 1GHSU well. Ms. Snedden states the controls were removed recently and the area temporarily stabilized.
