>>A minor modification to place a raised berm around the perimeter of the pad was requested and denied due to substantial changes in flow patterns around the pad necessitating engineer review.

>>The site was in generally good condition with no noted violations or concerns.

2838574 Primary Facility 2019-02-11 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted Cellar Tech/NOV auger rig drilled a 40" well bore to 51 ft. and set 26" conductor casing at that depth on 2/10/19.
