>>The operator representative reported plans to revisit the site to drill further wells.

>>A minor modification to place a raised berm around the perimeter of the pad was requested and denied due to substantial changes in flow patterns around the pad necessitating engineer review.

>>The site was in generally good condition with no noted violations or concerns.

2837682 Primary Facility 2019-02-08 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted Cellar Tech/NOV auger rig drilled a 30" well bore to 51 ft. and set 26" conductor casing.
2850845 Primary Facility 2019-03-08 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted Falcon Drilling Rig #20 moved onto this well on 3/7/19 and resumed drilling at 51 ft. KB. Currently at 156 ft. and drilling ahead.
2856466 Primary Facility 2019-03-20 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted Falcon Drilling Rig #20. The 18 5/8" casing was set at 183 ft. on 3/8/19 and cemented to surface with 44 bbls returned. The 13 3/8" casing was set at 445 ft. on 3/9/19 and cemented to surface with 32 bbls returned. Coal was found from 385 ft. to 395 ft. A basket was set at 357 ft. The 9 5/8" casing was set at 2044 ft. on 3/11/19 and cemented to surface with 45 bbls returned. TD was at 5800 ft. on 3/14/19.
