At the time of inspection the perimeter E&S BMPs appeared to be installed as outline in the E&S plan. The PPC plan, ER plan and waste control and disposal plan was on site. The recently disturbed areas were temporarily stabilized. No observation of accelerated erosion or sedimentation was observed. The Department recommends that the Operator continue to monitor the site weekly and after precipitation events.

2852721 Primary Facility 2019-03-13 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted Falcon Drilling Rig #27 moved onto this well on 3/5/19 and resumed drilling at 113 ft. KB. Note: There was no water-protective casing set on this well. The 13 3/8" casing was set at 325 ft. on 3/7/19 and cemented to surface with 15 bbls returned. The 9 5/8" casing was set at 1806 ft. on 3/8/19 and cemented to surface with 20 bbls returned. TD was at 5100 ft. on 3/12/19.
