2598469 Primary Facility 2017-04-24 Plugging(Includes Plugged/Mined Through) In Compliance with Policy Yost cleaned hole out to 114 feet, then lost circulation at bottom of newly set conductor (set by Fay before they backfilled the burn pit to build location for Yost). Yost drove conductor down & added extension to resume cleanout.
