2772026	Primary Facility	2018-09-06	Routine/Complete Inspection	No Violations Noted	On 9/6/2018 at approximately 0915, I conducted a routine site inspection of the Robert Shorts WAS well pad located in Donegal Township, Washington County. The following was observed: The Act 9 sign located at the site entrance was in good condition. All wells on site were clearly marked and appeared to be in good condition. Production fluid tanks were within secondary containment and appeared to be in good condition. GPUs were not within secondary containment but appeared to be in good condition. GPUs were installed prior to October 2016. The site appeared to be stable with greater than 70% vegetative growth. No violations were found during this inspection.
