2364097 Primary Facility 2015-04-08 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted A routine Inspection was performed along with an incident inspection linked to well 9H (Inspection ID# 2364091) of an ~1bbl spill of water based mud on 3/31/15. Operator is currently drilling the lateral portion of the Utica 9H (125-27618). Utica well 11H in production along with 6 Marcellus wells. All appropriate records were located on-site and proper signage was observed. No accelerated erosion was noted along the fill slopes during this inspection. No violations noted.

2652005 Primary Facility 2017-10-16 Site Restoration No Violations Noted On October 16, 2017, the Department performed an inspection of the Range Resources Claysville Sportsman Club well pad. The site is located in Donegal Twp., Washington Co. The inspection was a routine inspection of the site after restoration of the flare pad by the operator.

The well pad access road and well pad are in good condition.

The site has been restored and is stable with greater than 70% vegetative cover. The well pad has been reduced in size. The operator has recently reclaimed the flare pad which was used to flare the recently drilled Utica well. The operator Range Resources has terminated the ESCGP1 permit for the site.

7 wells have been drilled to completion and are equipped for production on site. 2 Utica wells and 5 Marcellus wells. The GPUs on site are not in secondary containment. The operator will need to place the GPUs into containment in the future.
