2541940 Primary Facility 2016-10-28 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted
2799423 Primary Facility 2018-10-16 Incident- Response to Accident or Event In Compliance with Policy On 10/16/2018 at approximately 12:45, I conducted an incident response inspection of the Midler Froebe well site located in Cross Creek Township, Washington County. I met with Hannah McAvoy (Range Resources) at the site to discuss the details of the incident and associated remediation plans.

On 10/16/2018 at approximately 1100, a Range lease operator observed motor oil on the gravel below a gas lift compressor. The gas lift compressor was not running at the time of release and the motor oil drained onto the skid and the graveled well pad. Approximately 10 gallons of motor oil released to the skid and approximately 15 gallons released to the graveled well pad. Motor oil within the skid was vacuumed up and the impacted gravel area was remediated and placed into one roll-off box for disposal.

During an inspection of the well site, the following was observed:

  • The Act 9 sign located at the site entrance was in good condition.
  • All wells on site were marked and appeared to be in good condition.
  • GPUs
2827665 Primary Facility 2019-01-16 Complaint Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of inspection the site was covered with approximately 2 inches of snow. Act 9 site ID sign installed. PPC plan, ER plan and Waste Control and Disposal plan on site. Well drilled and equipped for production. Well tag present. Well apparatus, brine tank and GOU appeared to be in sound condition.
