The access road and well pad were in good condition and the surrounding area exhibited uniform perennial vegetative growth. The gas well appeared to be in good working order and was labelled with the pertinent information. The earthen berm secondary containment was in good condition and well vegetated except for a few spotty areas. The containment appears to be functioning as intended and there were no apparent signs of a release. No violations were identified during the inspection. |

The earthen berm secondary containment around the production tanks was observed to be partially vegetated with no apparent signs of a breach. The production tanks appeared to be in good condition. The gas well and the associated infrastructure appeared to be in good condition and functioning properly. The gas well was labelled. No violations were identified during the inspection. |

The access road and the well pad were in good condition. The site has been stabilized with vegetation. The earthen berm secondary containment around the production tanks appeared to be in good condition and was observed to be vegetated (inside and outside). The production tanks also appeared to be in good condition. Although the operator is in compliance with current regulations, they should consider using secondary containment constructed of impermeable materials. A release inside the berm can result in a violation being issued to the operators. The gas well and the associated infrastructure appeared to be in good condition and and functioning properly. The well was tagged with identification. No violations were identified during the inspection. |
