1974721 Primary Facility 2011-03-14 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted The Department was at the above referenced CBM Well to conduct a routine inspection. The site has been restored but needs additional work. The vegetative cover is not 70%. The E/S controls need to be inspected. The sediment trap needs cleaned out and the rip-rap ditch needs additional rock added to stabilize the site.
2634014 Primary Facility 2017-09-08 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On Friday, September 8, 2017, I conducted a routine-complete inspection at the Conrhein NV80 CBM Well Site located in Morris Township, Greene County.

The access road and well pad were in good condition and the surrounding area exhibited uniform perennial vegetative growth.

The gas well appeared to be in good working order and was labelled with the pertinent information. The earthen berm secondary containment was in good condition and well vegetated except for a few spotty areas. The containment appears to be functioning as intended and there were no apparent signs of a release.

No violations were identified during the inspection.

2703100 Primary Facility 2018-02-27 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On Tuesday, February 27, 2018, I conducted a routine-complete inspection the NV80 conventional well site located in Morris Township, Washington County.

The access road and the pad area were in good condition and the site has been stabilized with vegetation.

The earthen berm secondary containment around the production tanks was observed to be partially vegetated with no apparent signs of a breach. The production tanks appeared to be in good condition.

The gas well and the associated infrastructure appeared to be in good condition and functioning properly. The gas well was labelled.

No violations were identified during the inspection.

2825649 Primary Facility 2019-01-08 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On Tuesday January 8, 2019 I conducted a routine-complete inspection of the NV80 CBM Well site located in Morris Township, Washington County.

The access road and the well pad were in good condition.

The site has been stabilized with vegetation.

The earthen berm secondary containment around the production tanks appeared to be in good condition and was observed to be vegetated (inside and outside). The production tanks also appeared to be in good condition.

Although the operator is in compliance with current regulations, they should consider using secondary containment constructed of impermeable materials. A release inside the berm can result in a violation being issued to the operators.

The gas well and the associated infrastructure appeared to be in good condition and and functioning properly. The well was tagged with identification.

No violations were identified during the inspection.
