1884936 Primary Facility 2010-05-13 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On May 13, 2010 I visited this site in response to a restoration extension request submitted by the operator on 3/15/2010. Also on site was Range Resources E&S Supervisor Jeremy Matinko. Site restoration could not be completed within the 9 month period due to inclement weather and heavy snowfalls. TD was reached on 6/25/09. The drilling pits had been filled and closed. The site was graded but not yet seeded or mulched. E&S controls were still in place and functioning. No accelerated erosion was observed at the time of inspection. The operator should continue to inspect the E&S controls routinely and after each runoff event until the site has reached uniform 70% vegetative cover. The extension has been approved. The deadline for restoration is now 9/25/2010.

2502742 Primary Facility 2016-07-06 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Inspection for application for inactive status request: Appears shut in, no psi on delivery line. Tanks in position for return to production. NOVIO
2775456 Primary Facility 2018-09-17 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Today I conducted a routine inspection at the Beaumariage well pad and the following was observed.

Proper signs were displayed identifying the site. The access road was maintained. The outer slopes were stabilized with thick vegetation no erosion observed outside of the LOD. The well head were painted and maintained, no leaks or fluids around the well head. Production tanks and containment were intact. There were no GPU 's on site, the separating units did not have secondary containment.
