2766952 Primary Facility 2018-08-23 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On 8/23/2018 at approximately 1050, I conducted a routine site inspection of the Mitchell James Unit 2 Well Site located in Mount Pleasant Township, Washington County. The following was observed:
  • The Act 9 sign located at the site entrance was in good condition.
  • The well on site was not currently in production but appeared to be in good condition.
  • The gas separator was not within secondary containment but appeared to be in good condition.
  • The production fluid/condensate tanks were within secondary containment that did not appear to have polyethylene lining. If the well site was to return to production, this secondary containment would not be sufficient.
  • The site appeared to be stable with greater than 70% vegetative growth.

No violations were found during this inspection.
