2820882 Primary Facility 2019-01-02 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted Spud date entered for today, 01/02/2019. Drilling rig and equipment is parked off location. Access road appears to be soft due to the recent wet weather. To avoid damage to the road, I did not attempt to access the location. Will re-inspect when spud commences.

This well was recently drilled. It is the first well to be drilled in a five well project. All five locations have been built and will presumably be drilled, weather permitting, in a series on into the near future. An already existing access road serves as the main accessing route for all five locations. The other four locations, however, share a secondary accessing route, where as this location has its own secondary route off of the main access road. Sand stone was used for road base. The stone was mined from a recently established pit that is relatively close to the project.

The ground was thawing while on location. The main, (pre existing), accessing route that approaches the location was very soft. It, however, appeared as though attempts were being made to repair the road as it was being used. The well was being fraced when this inspection was conducted. Flow back fluid appeared to be getting directed to a lined pit, pumped to storage tanks, and then recirculated. There were no problems observed with regard to how the flow back fluid was being managed. The party conducting the work, however, ran into problems down-hole before the final stages could be completed. While the problem was being mitigated, down hole pressures caused an unknown volume of flow back fluid to be kicked back, and violently broadcast over the location. The well was quickly brought back under control. Contact was made with an operator representative after conducting this inspection. It wa
