2845848 | Primary Facility | 2019-02-27 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | The main access road entrance for this location is off of Forest Route 437, in Pleasant Township, Warren County, PA.
The ground is currently frozen and snow covered. This well was recently drilled. It is the fourth well to be drilled in a five well project. All five locations were built and have been drilled in a series. A pre-existing access road serves as the main accessing route for all five locations. Four of the locations, including this one, share a secondary accessing route. Sand stone was used for road base. The stone was mined from a recently established pit that is relatively close to the project. |
