Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2777755 Primary Facility 2018-09-20 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted This is a producing oil well fitted with an electronically driven pump-jack. The well appears to have been recently serviced. The area around the well is very wet and soft. It is, however, relatively well vegetated. Wheel ruts created by the service rig were tamped in and straw was added for greater stabilization. The API number was clearly visible, painted onto the pump-jack.

No violations noted at this time.
