2834461 | Primary Facility | 2019-01-31 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | This well is positioned just off of Scandia Rd. in Glade Township, Warren County, PA.
This is an oil and gas producing well fitted with and electrically driven pump-jack. The API ID does not appear to be tagged to the wellhead, or written on the pump-jack. The ID should be posted somewhere on the well, by the operator, so that the well can be properly identified. With the exception of the residue around a slightly leaky stuffing box, there are no major leaks or spills evident around the well head. The ground is currently snow covered. Vegetation, however, can be seen poking through in some areas. The location and short accessing road appear to be laid out in such a way as to conduct surface run off adequately. The well was recently acquired by the current operator/owner, who arrived on site while conducting this inspection. It was indicated that the well had not, recently, been produced by the previous operator. The current operator stated that they had plans to have the well serviced and produced by anot |
