Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2755743 Primary Facility 2018-07-25 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Warm/rainy at time of inspection. Conductor only wells
2766013 Primary Facility 2018-08-22 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of this inspection this well had conductor only. Conductor is 30"x 80'. A well-bore hole for surface casing had been drilled at the time of this inspection. The hole is drilled at 730' which was started at 5:00pm on 8-21-18 and finished at 7:30 am on 8-22-18. The surface casing is 13 3/8" and will be set at 725'. No loss of circulation occurred after hole was drilled and circulation was established. At the time of this inspection he open hole logger truck had equipment issues and Jack Burns( drilling consultant) told me that it might be as long as 8 hours before surface casing was going to be put in the hole. Estimated time of cementing the surface casing was at least 12 hours from the time of this inspection. The rig,Patterson 805 and crew were doing the drilling. No violations noted at this inspection.
2767013 Primary Facility 2018-08-23 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of this inspection the Patterson Rig 805 and crew were attempting to pull the surface casing (13 3/8") back out of the hole they were attempting to set it in because of some bore hole wall (side of the hole drilled) falling in to the hole. Hole was drilled to a depth of 735'. During open hole logging bottom of the hole was tagged at 624' during open hole logs. Surface casing had been advanced to 686' but the Patterson 805 Rig and crew could no longer move the casing freely so they started to pull the casing to begin a hole clean out. Over the next few hours the Patterson rig continued to work the surface casing up to facilitate the hole clean out. The rig and crew continued to pull surface casing joints. No additional information was available at the time of this inspection. No violations noted at this inspection.
2767112 Primary Facility 2018-08-24 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of this inspection the Patterson 805 rig and crew had finished freeing up the surface casing (8-23-18 @ 17:00/5:00pm) at a depth of 500'. This was done as a result of the bore hole falling into the bottom of the hole and the casing needing to be pulled free and the hole washed and circulated out. As of 8:00 this morning(8-24-18) the crew were washing down the hole and were at 683'. At the time of this inspection the casing had been set at 725' and the Patterson 805 rig and crew were waiting for the casing to be welded. Cementing was anticipated to be approximately 2-3 hours after the welding. No set time was able to be determined for the cementing of the surface casing at the time of this inspection. No loss of fluid was noted during this wash out and circulation of the bore hole. No violations were noted at this inspection.
2770978 Primary Facility 2018-09-05 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted I met Repsol's Drilling Foreman, Pat Bauer, on site. He explained Patterson 805 is drilling the first (19H) of 5 Marcellus Shale wells at this site, and are at a depth of ~14k feet.

I took electrical conductivity readings with an Oakton PCSTestr 35. The highest reading from a puddle on the pad was 0.70 mS/cm. JLP

2785852 Primary Facility 2018-10-09 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted Not inspected due to drilling of the 17H well.
