Currently, clearing activities are ongoing along the access road in tandem with construction of the access road. Clearing has been completed approximately to the well pad, and stone has been laid along about the first 200 feet. All BMPs are in place in accordance with the approved plans. Temporary stabilization is also in place.
2395301 Primary Facility 2015-08-04 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted Site inspection conducted during pad construction. The access road has been completed back to the pad site. Grading activities are ongoing for the well pad. Temporary stabilization is in place on the topsoil stockpiles and other disturbed areas. E&S BMPs are in place in accordance with the approved plan. No evidence of sediment migration outside of the limit-of-disturbance was observed.
2400617 Primary Facility 2015-08-20 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted This site was inspected with Mr. Tom Chitwood of Southwestern. Weather conditions were warm and rainy, with heavy downpours forecast.
2408693 Primary Facility 2015-09-15 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted Construction of this site appears complete. Much of the area disturbed during construction is partially vegetated, and erosion and sediment control BMPs are in place. No evidence of accelerated erosion or sedimentation was observed.
