2842773 Primary Facility 2019-02-21 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted The DEP conducted a routine inspection of SWEPI's West 299 Well Pad in Richmond Twp, Tioga County on 2/21/2019 at 1045 hours. The weather was partly cloudy and 39 degrees. The pad was covered with an inch of snow and ice. The site ID Sign was observed at the site entrance and the E&S Plan was in the mailbox at the entrance. The inspection log was in the mailbox by the production tank, last inspected 2/17/2019 noting no issues.

There are currently 3 wells (4H, 5H, & 6H) in production onsite with one production tank. The site remains well vegetated and stabilized from what was observable. No erosional issues were observed. Containment structures were intact and functional. The impoundment that was restored to the east is well vegetated. No spills or releases were observed onsite. All PCSM BMPs were in place and functioning.

The silt sock south east of the pad below the infiltration basin(photo #7) needs to be removed. No violations noted today, I departed the site at 1120 hours.
