2505241 Primary Facility 2016-07-26 Site Restoration No Violations Noted The Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) inspected the SWEPI LP – Stratton 885 site (ESX10-117-0232) in Farmington Twp., Tioga Co. on 7/26/2016 @ 1200 hours. The weather was 78° and sunny. An adequate site ID was observed at the entrance to the access road. The mailbox contained the onsite E&S inspection log, a copy of the E&S plan and a copy of the well permit. The site was last inspected by company personnel on 7/19/2016 “no changes” noted in the comments. The receiving waters is listed as Thornbottom Creek/Susquehanna River Basin in PA – Rioga River (WWF). The Notice of Termination (NOT) and Well Site Restoration Report (WSRR) were received by the NCRO on 6/29/2016.

The site consists of a small vertical well pad ~125’ x 150’. The cut and fill slopes are stabilized with >70% vegetative cover. Cow/calf pairs were currently grazing on the pad area.
