Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2108254 Primary Facility 2012-10-11 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted
2205581 Primary Facility 2013-09-17 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted
2445990 Primary Facility 2016-01-27 Site Restoration No Violations Noted The Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) inspected the SWEPI LP – Baldwin 881 site in Deerfield Twp., Tioga Co. @ 1200 hours in response to receipt of a Notice of Termination and Well Site Restoration Report by the Williamsport District Office on 11/12/2015. The weather was 34 degrees and overcast with snow flurries.

The pad size appears to have been reduced to ~125’ x 150’. The silt sock below the fill slope was removed and its contents left onsite. Remnants of round bale wrapping and orange snow fence were littered around the site, and should be removed. One vertical well was observed on the pad with an adequate ID tag. Based on the site conditions present during today’s inspection, this site meets the requirements of 25 PA Code 102.22. This NOT is recommended for approval. The Well Site Restoration Report have been reviewed and processed. Please contact me with any questions.
