Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1940174 Primary Facility 2010-12-29 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Ralston Twp
2070369 Primary Facility 2012-05-09 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Flowing-back wells onsite, some elevated conductivity on liner; asked to be vacuumed.
2351001 Primary Facility 2015-03-11 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted 6 Marcellus Shale natural gas wells in production. Highest elec. cond. from puddle on pad 2.0mS/cm.
2853498 Primary Facility 2019-03-13 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Routine inspection conducted to assess overall site conditions. Seven wells are staged for production. Some wells do not have visible well tags. Others have well tags which say Shell Appalachia instead of Rockdale. The Department recommends replacing the well tags. Six GPUs are present. The outside housing of the GPUs is heavily corroded in some places. One double-walled steel produced water tank is present and in good condition with a label. Two additional white plastic produced water tanks are also present within steel containment with plastic lining. One tank is mislabeled as fresh water and the other tank has a very faded produced water label. The Department recommends replacing the labels on the plastic tanks.

One infiltration basin is present downhill of the pad. No E&S inspection log is present on site. No E&S issues noted.

No violations noted.
