| 2501139 | Primary Facility | 2016-07-06 | Site Restoration | No Violations Noted | The Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) inspected the SWEPI – Wolfe 1114 site (ESX10-117-0157), in Nelson Twp., Tioga Co. on 7/6/2016 @ 1500 hours. The weather was 78° sunny. The access road appeared to be in good condition. The E&S plan and the onsite inspection log were located in the mailbox. The site was last inspected by company personnel on 6/27/2016 with the comments, “no visible issues”. The onsite E&S inspection log also notes vegetation was at 70% and the sed sock could be removed on 5/18/2016.
A single vertical well was observed on the well pad. The pad is a smaller vertical well pad measuring ~125’ x 150’. The cut and fill slopes appear to contain ~ 70% vegetative cover. No silt sock or temporary BMPs were observed onsite. All Rock Lined Ditches (RLDs) appeared to be functional and stable. This site meets the requirements of 25 PA Code §102.22.
