| 2538440 | Primary Facility | 2016-11-16 | Site Restoration | No Violations Noted | The Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) inspected the SWEPI LP site – Taft Unit 851 (ESX10-117-0171) located in Middlebury Twp., Tioga Co. on 11/16/2016 @ 1400 hours in response to receipt of a Notice of Termination by the NCRO on 11/14/2015. The weather was 50° and rain.
The Taft Unit 851 project area is listed as 30.51 acres. The receiving waters are listed as North Run/ Tioga River Basin (WWF) and UNT Elkhorn Creek/Tioga River Basin (WWF). The NOT was previously returned on 1/20/2016 when the vegetation on the cut and fill slopes was found to be <50%. As of today’s inspection >70% vegetative cover was observed on all cut and fill slopes. No temporary E&S controls were observed. This site meets the requirements of 25 Pa Code §102.22. It recommended this NOT be approved. The Well Site Restoration Report for the Taft 851 1V API#117-20831 has been reviewed and processed. No violations are noted at this time.
