2851806 Primary Facility 2019-03-11 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted The DEP conducted a routine inspection of Repsol's Sparrow Hawk Well pad in Covington Twp, Tioga County on 3/11/2019 at 1355 hours. The weather was sunny and 46 degrees. This pad was one that was just recently acquired by Repsol from Tenaska Resources. The act 9 sign was observed at the entrance to the site. The E&S Plan and inspection log was in the mailbox by the gate. Company personnel last inspected the site on 3/7/2019.

There is one producing well onsite (1H). The site is well vegetated and appears to be stabilized Containment structures were intact and functioning. There was no evidence of spills, releases, or accelerated erosion. No PCSM BMPs have been installed. The original E&S plan states that the original site and impoundment was 25.2 acres.

ESX10-117-0102(01) has expired. The DEP recommends the current ESCGP be terminated and a new ESCGP that includes PCSM BMPs be obtained. Additionally, the DEP is requesting a plan to achieve compliance with the restoration requirements, including a schedule
