The last inspection conducted on behalf of the operator was on 7/9/2013. Two wells have been drilled at this site. Drilling of the 893 1V (117-20700) was competed on July 22, 2010 and drilling of the 870 5H (117-21466) was completed on April 15, 2012. The site has not yet been restored as per the Site Restoration Plan in the ESCGP (Figure 6). This constitutes a violation of Section 3216 of the 2012 Oil and Gas Act. The violation will be cited against the 117-21466 permit (Doan 870 5H). No violations were cited against the ESX10-117-0083 or 117-20700 permits. |

Two wells were observed on the pad surface. The pad measures ~125’ x 150’. The site is mostly level with a perimeter berm.
