2134875 Primary Facility 2013-01-31 Site Restoration No Violations Noted n inspection was conducted at the Young 431 well pad in Shippen Township, Tioga County on January 31, 2013 in response to a Notice of Termination for the Erosion and Sedimentation Control permit at Well Restoration Report received by the Department on 1/28/2013. The pad appears to be in accordance with the Site Restoration Plan (Figure 6) of the E&S Plan. The immediate area around the well was stabilized with rock and the surrounding area was stabilized with perennial vegetation and was determined to meet the requirements of 25 Pa Code §102.22(a)(2) (i) Permanent Stabilization. Some E&S controls remained on site (silt sock on the western perimeter of the site, this must be moved before the Notice of Termination can be approved.
2138335 Primary Facility 2013-02-12 Site Restoration No Violations Noted The site appears to be in accordance with the Site Restoration Plan (Figure 6 of the E&S Plan). The immediate area around the well was stabilized with rock and the surrounding area was stabilized with perennial vegetation and was determined to meet the requirements of 25 Pa Code §102.22(a)(2) (i) Permanent Stabilization. The E&S controls that remained on site, noted during a January 31, 2013 inspection, had been removed. The Restoration Report for the YOUNG #431-2H; 117-20592 is approved. The approval of the Notice of termination is recommended. No violations were cited during this inspection.
