Barret 410 well pad (ESX09-117-0050) located in Jackson Twp., Tioga Co. on 7/28/2016 @ 1230 hours. An adequate site ID sign was observed at the entrance to the access road. The site was last inspected by company personnel on 7/16/2016.
The site appears to currently be in production. A single well was observed on the pad surface. No fluid was observed in the secondary containment surround the produced water tanks. Cut and fill slopes appear to be growing >70% vegetative cover. No violations are noted at this time. I departed the site @ 1300 hours. The weather was partly cloudy and 35 degrees. The act 9 sign was observed at the entrance to the site and the E&S Plan was in the mailbox by the gate.
There is currently one producing well onsite (5H). The site is well vegetated and stabilized. No accelerated erosion was observed. Containment structures were intact and functioning. No spills, releases, or leaks were noted. No PCSM BMPs are onsite. Puddles on the pad surface were measured within normal conductivity ranges. No ESCGP in place due to pad being less than 5 acres. No violations or issues noted. I departed the site at 1230 hours. |
