Tioga Co., on 5/19/2016 @ 1200 hours. The weather was 65 degrees partly sunny. The onsite inspection log stated the site was last inspected by company personnel on 4/8/2016.

One well was observed on the well pad, and appears to be in production. The well pad appears to have been restored. The pad size has been reduced. Cut and fill slopes have been regraded to approximate original contours. The foot print of the pad size has been greatly reduced and is mostly revegetated. Fluid was observed in the permanent containment surround the produced water tanks. The field conductivity of this fluid was field measured at 60 µS/cm. No violations are noted at this time. I departed the site @ 1230 hours.
