The weather was 20^ cloudy winds out of the west 12 mph. No activity was observed on site. A small approximately 100' x 125' well pad was observed with a single Well drilled. No puddles were observed on the pad surface. A small amount of fluid in the secondary containment surrounding the production tanks was frozen solid. Erosion and sediment control features appeared to be stable but snow-covered. Photos are attached to the ESCGP file copy of this inspection report. No violations were noted during this inspection.
