2842751 Primary Facility 2019-02-21 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted The DEP conducted a routine inspection of SWEPI's Neal 134 Well Pad in Richmond Twp, Tioga County on 2/21/2019 at 1250 hours. The weather was partly cloudy, windy and 42 degrees. The act 9 sign was observed at the entrance to the site. The E&S Plan was in the mailbox by the entrance. The inspection log was in the mailbox by the production tanks, last inspected 2/17/2019 noting no issues.

There is currently 1 producing well (1H) and 1 plugged well onsite. The site remains well vegetated and mostly stabilized. The lower portion of the access road is experiencing some erosion. PCSM BMPs are functioning and containment structures are intact. No evidence of spills or releases was observed.

No violations noted today, I departed the site at 1315 hours.
