2815359 Primary Facility 2018-12-04 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Frank Hoehle, DEP O&G WQS out of the Scranton District Office and I, arrived at the well pad section of the site at 12:42. The weather conditions are partly cloudy skies, breezy and quite chilly with temps in the upper 20's. The well pad surface was quite muddy due to recent precipitation events and snow melt. There are a total of (4) wells in production on the well pad, the D Williams 1H, 2H, 3H and 4H. I recorded elevated conductivity levels in water in the production fluid tanks containment structure, and water in the skid sump/collection pan beneath the glycol drain as part of the 1H natural gas production unit (GPU). Staining/corrosion is observed on the production fl
