There is an area around the road crossing where it appears as though some unstabilized material is situated at the outlet side of the culvert. Please review this area and make any necessary changes to ensure compliance.

2647878 Primary Facility 2017-08-15 Incident- Response to Accident or Event No Violations Noted Today's inspection, 8/15/17 was conducted in response to the self reporting by Cabot to the Department of a small spill on this pad. The spill occurred while crews were disassembling a temporary waterline. Present during the inspection was Wayne Wilridge, Cabot Consultant. A roll off container, as shown in photo 3 is still on-site and contains the impacted pad material. The remediation appears to have been adequate. Resource Environmental is preparing a spill remediation report for this incident. The drilling liner is being actively removed. No violations were noted during this inspection.
