2502198 Primary Facility 2016-07-18 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted At time of inspection, arrived on site at 9:20a.m., the cellar was full of water with no bubbling noticed, the (20x13) vent pipe was open and venting into the atmosphere with no gas detected, the (13x9) vent pipe was open and venting into the atmosphere with no gas detected, the (9x5) vent pipe was open and venting into the atmosphere with no gas detected, there was 427psi on the production casing and 351psi on the production line. I took a walk around the location and everything looked OK.

I left the site at 9:45a.m.

2593797 Primary Facility 2017-05-11 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted At time of inspection, arrived on site at 9:45a.m.

The cellar was full of water with no bubbling noticed. The (20x13) annulus vent pipe was open and venting into the atmosphere with no gas detected, the (13x9) annulus vent pipe was open and venting into the atmosphere with no gas detected, the (9x5) annulus vent pipe was open and venting into the atmosphere with no gas detected. There was 478psi on the production casing and 483psi on the production line. I took a walk around the location and there were no obvious concerns noticed. I left the site at 10:10a.m.

The well was in production. The cellar was full of ice and was unable to check for gas. I took a walk around the location and there were no obvious concerns noticed. There were no violations noted.
