2472243 Primary Facility 2016-04-01 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted The Department was on site to conduct a routine complete inspection of the Kropp Well site. The wells associated with this site are:

115-21354 115-21355 115-21356 115-21357 115-21358

The Department arrived on site and talked to the Talisman foreman at approximately 1315 hrs. At this time, the conductor was being drilled with a Soilmec SR30 (excavator based) rig. A Patterson 3 stack rig will be scheduled to arrive on site at a future date to complete any further drilling.

There was adequate vegetation throughout the site, and there were no erosional issues apparent at this time. Talisman's last E&S inspection was on 3/29/2016.

There are no violations. If there are any questions please feel free to contact me.

2509486 Primary Facility 2016-07-09 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted The Department was on site to conduct a routine complete inspection of the Kropp Well site. The wells associated with this site are:

115-21354 115-21355 115-21356 115-21357 115-21358

There was some dead vegetation on the well pad surface and a small area of dead vegetation near an area where it appears a concrete truck cleaned out on the pad surface. Contacted Kris Perrit, Talisman representative.

Otherwise, there was adequate vegetation throughout the site, and there were no erosional issues apparent at this time.

There are no violations. If there are any questions please feel free to contact me.

2509494 Primary Facility 2016-08-11 Follow-up Inspection No Violations Noted The Department was on site to conduct a follow up inspection of the Kropp Well site. The wells associated with this site are:

115-21354 115-21355 115-21356 115-21357 115-21358

From Previous Inspection: (There was some dead vegetation on the well pad surface and a small area of dead vegetation near an area where it appears a concrete truck cleaned out on the pad surface. Contacted Kris Perrit, Talisman representative.)

After contact with Mr. Perritt, it was concluded that it was indeed concrete cleanout on the pad surface, which is to be cleaned up during upcoming activity at the pad. There was also vegetation killer sprayed on the pad surface itself, resulting in the dead vegetation observed during the visit.

There are no violations. If there are any questions please feel free to contact me.

2534083 Primary Facility 2016-11-01 Site Restoration No Violations Noted The Department was on site to conduct an inspection of the Kropp Well site. The wells associated with this site are:

115-21354 115-21355 115-21356 115-21357 115-21358

Responded to spill of 5-7 gallons of anti-freeze on Thorne or Kropp access road (According to spill notification 323313). Met with company man on site, who related that there was no spill on the Kropp access road to his knowledge. There appeared to be no other issues on site at this time, and there were no Erosion or Sedimentation problems occuring currently.

There are no violations. If there are any questions please feel free to contact me.

2559230 Primary Facility 2017-02-03 Incident- Response to Accident or Event No Violations Noted Department representatives Frank Hoehle and Jon Sassi were on site to conduct an inspection in response to a reported release on the Repsol Kropp Well site. (ESX12-115-0086)

The wells associated with this site are: 115-21354 115-21355 115-21356 115-21357 115-21358

According to Repsol representative Sheridan Anderson the blender tub overfilled with production fluid (around 20 gals.) onto secondary containment at around 8:50AM on 2/1/2017. The release was cleaned up immediately after it occurred, with a vac truck on site. The incident was then called in to Maribeth Aileo at 11:19 AM

The release occurred because the auto valve lock on the blender failed so the valve was then manually operated, allowing approximately 20 gallons of blended fluid to overflow the blender and escape onto secondary containment. This blended fluid was immediately vac'd up. The valve problem has since been corrected, but there is residual sand trickling from the blender, which is being periodically cleaned up. This is all on

2640572 Primary Facility 2017-09-27 Follow-up Inspection No Violations Noted On Sept 12,2017 Jon Sassi and I conducted an inspection of the Kropp well site. The man in charge on site representing Ensign was Jimmy White. There had been erosional issues and a spill on site previously. We were on site to conduct a follow up inspection for these issues. The acting company man for Ensign stated they were currently flowing back the 1h well. Jon took conductivity readings at various puddles around the site. Examples are as follows: .67 mS, 1.3, .30 in tank battery, .41, .67, .95, .5, .43, 1.7. Pad was dry during inspection. The flow back lines were not on containment but all appeared dry. 5mS in containment for gasbuster unit. There did not appear to be any anomalous readings on the pad surface of high conductivity at the time of inspection. There were some higher readings but all were in containment. A bucket had readings of 12 mS. Well cellars did not have any high conductivity readings. Some examples were .48mS, .91mS, .89mS, .99mS. Readings in production tank containment were 1.9
2651004 Primary Facility 2017-10-23 Site Restoration No Violations Noted I inspected the Kropp well site for notice of termination (NOT) on October 23, 2017. There had previously been some stability issues following a significant rain event, on the fill slope. The issue has been resolved and is currently solid and stable. The vegetation surrounding the site was healthy and met or exceeded the department standard for perennial growth. The pad surface was solid as was the access road. During operations on site the pad had quite a considerable amount of mud on it but that was not in evidence during the inspection for NOT.

There were no violations

I recommend APPROVAL of this NOT.
