2382793 Primary Facility 2015-06-26 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted
2480858 Primary Facility 2016-05-04 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted At time of inspection, arrived on site at 10:50 a.m., the cellar was about a quarter full of water with no bubbling noticed, the (13x9) vent pipe was open and venting to a tank, the (9x5) vent pipe was open and venting to a tank, there was 660psi on the production casing. I took a walk around the location and everything looked OK.

I left the site at 11:30 a.m.

2813417 Primary Facility 2018-12-11 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted I performed a RTNC inspection of the Molnar well site. The weather was about 31 degrees Fahrenheit under sunny skies. There was a bit of snow here and there and the ground was frozen.
The access road was long but well kept. The road was solid and stable, as was the pad surface. The pad was built on a stone base, and the cut slopes reflected this, being mostly rock. There was vegetation however it was relatively sparse, as the area was mostly stone, with little soil to support growth. The fill slope was well vegetated with raspberry and other perennials.
The well pad appeared to be free of erosional issues at the time of inspection.
The wells were properly labeled, and there were no violations noted.
