2485220 | Primary Facility | 2016-05-18 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | At time of inspection, arrived on site at 12:50 p.m., the cellar was about a quarter full of water with no bubbling noticed, the (13x9) vent pipe was open and venting to a tank, the (9x5) vent pipe was open and venting to a tank, there was 644psi on the production casing. I took a walk around the location and everything looked OK.
I left the site at 13:25 p.m. |
2594801 | Primary Facility | 2017-05-17 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | I inspected the site on May 17, 2017 and found the access road in good shape and solid. The pad surface was level and solid and the cut and fill slopes were stable, with established vegetation where it was not too rocky to grow. There was no bubbling in the well cellars and all containment seemed to be competent. The filter sock along the access road looks to be getting quite old and all vegetation near it is well established.
There were no violations observed. If there are any questions call me at 570346-5539 |
