2304340 | Primary Facility | 2014-08-29 | Routine/Partial Inspection | No Violations Noted | The Department (Frank Hoehle and I) were on site at the Wilkes Pad in Brackney, PA to conduct a Routine Partial Inspection. At the time of the inspection, it was noted that the E&S Plan was on site and the Erosion and Sediment Control Sign In Sheet indicated that Will Slote conducted an inspection on 8/28/14. The Department walked the site and noted that the vegetation, on the cut slope and in the ditches, does not appear to meet temporary stabilization requirements. The Department requests that the operator survey the well site and reseed/mulch according to their E&S Plan. |
