| 2417929 | Primary Facility | 2015-10-22 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | At time of inspection, arrived on site at 11:10, the cellar was full of gravel, the vent pipe was open and set up with a Taylor plug, there was no gas detected at the perimeter of the cellar, there was about 353psi on the production casing and no pressure reading on the production line. I took a walk around the location, everything looked OK. |
| 2508831 | Primary Facility | 2016-04-20 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | Inspection of the Wheeler well pad in conjunction with the Silver Lake Gathering System South - Line 419 pipeline notice of termination inspection. There were no issues observed on the well pad at the time of the inspection. |
| 2513772 | Primary Facility | 2016-08-24 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | At time of inspection, arrived on site at 11:15a.m., the cellar was full of gravel and no gas was detected. The vent pipe was open and set up with a Taylor plug to check for pressure, there was 380psi on the production casing and 153psi on the production line. I took a walk around the location and everything looked OK.
I left the site at 11:55a.m. |
| 2605603 | Primary Facility | 2017-06-19 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | At time of inspection, arrived on site at 12:40p.m.
The cellar was full of gravel and there was no gas detected at the perimeter of the cellar. The (9x5) annulus vent pipe was open and set up with a Taylor plug to check for pressure with a Crystal pressure gauge and a 5000psi pressure gauge with about 45psi on it. There was 353psi on the production casing and about 180psi on the production line. I took a walk around the location and there were no obvious concerns noticed. I left the site at 13:30p.m. |
| 2607839 | Primary Facility | 2017-06-27 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | I inspected the site on June 1, 2017 after receiving notification from SWN that the site was scheduled to have plugging operations performed on the wells. The well pad was solid, but had some puddles from recent rains. There was a spoil pile in the middle of the well pad. The cut slope had evidence of past repair but repair was stable. There was no apparent sediment leaving the site after recent rains and all slopes were well vegetated. The well cellars were filled in so bubbling could not be observed. The access road was solid and stable with no apparent washing.
There were no erosional issues observed during the inspection. There were no violations noted. |
| 2711276 | Primary Facility | 2018-03-28 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | At time of inspection.
The well was in production. The cellar was full of gravel with water setting on top and there was no bubbling noticed. I took a walk around the location and there were no obvious concerns noticed. There were no violations noted. |
| 2814772 | Primary Facility | 2018-12-13 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | At time of inspection.
The well was shut in at the GPU. The cellar was full of gravel and was unable to check for gas at the perimeter of the cellar because the gravel was frozen. I took a walk around the location and there were no obvious concerns noticed. There were no violations noted. |
