| 2783684 | Primary Facility | 2018-10-03 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | At time of inspection.
The well was temporarily shut in because of a slope failure on the gas line connecting to the well pad. There were representatives from the Department and SWN to assess the situation and plan for repairs. The Sadecki pad is the only one connected to this section of the gas line, no other pads were shut in. The cellar was full of gravel with water on top and there was no bubbling noticed. I took a walk around the location and there were no obvious concerns noticed. There were no violations noted. |
