2662899 Primary Facility 2017-11-17 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted I inspected the Carrar Well Pad on 11/17/2017. The access road was firm and solid, and still had the wash rack in place. The cut slope was small and well vegetated and the fill slope was well vegetated also. Both appeared stable. The pad surface was somewhat soft but no mud appeared to be tracked off site. There did not appear to be any erosional issues at the time of inspection.
