Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2145560 Primary Facility 2013-03-05 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted Well has been recently re-stimulated, and is currently shut it waiting to be flowed back. Gauge on well shows @3600lbs. No bubbling in cellar. Secondary containment in place. Empty fresh water frac tanks on site. Re-use water storage tanks on site also. No activity on site at time of inspection. Only well spud on site. Permit on sign for #2 - but has not been drilled. Security guard at access point. Notification for re-stimulation was recieved. No violations observed.
2145609 Primary Facility 2013-03-05 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted Conductor is set @120'. Ziegenfuss set conductor. Moving Patterson 254 on site. Have six wells planned to be drilled on location. Only this well is spud at this time. Expect to be drilling in the next week or so. No violations observed at time of inspection.
2154278 Primary Facility 2013-04-02 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted
2233399 Primary Facility 2014-01-02 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted
2346326 Primary Facility 2015-02-18 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted The Department was on site at the Noble Unit well site, located at 1254 Noble Road Lathrop Township, to conduct a Routine Partial Inspection. Scott Kuchta (DEP-WQS) and I noted the following: The Site ID Sign is present and the E&S Plan is on site. The E&S Inspection Log indicated that Rick Ritter conducted an inspection on 2/11/15. The well site was covered in snow at the time of the inspection, no obvious E&S issues were found. The Department noted that the well tag for the 1H well was missing.
2647849 Primary Facility 2017-08-11 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Today's inspection, 8/11/17 was conducted as a routine complete inspection. All 3 wells appeared to be in production. Compressor was running during the inspection. Gas utilized to run the compressor appears to be taken prior to the metering station. All three cellars were full of water with bull frogs living in each one. Site appears to be well maintained with no violations noted.
2812775 Primary Facility 2018-12-10 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted I performed a RTNC inspection of the Noble well pad. The weather was hovering around freezing to slightly below freezing and the skys were clear and sunny.
The access road was frozen and solid with no runoff observed. The well pad access gate was secured. The pad surface itself was frozen and partly snowcovered.
The well pad appears to be in the midst of a modification, as the outer areas of the fill slopes were regraded and mulched, and matted on the steeper areas. The slopes all appeared stable. The mulch was applied evenly and thickly with no bare areas visible. There were old slopes visible with vegetation on them in profusion and no bare or unstable areas noted.
The wells were properly labeled, and there was a compression unit running on site.
    There were no violations noted.
2852397 Primary Facility 2019-03-12 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted I inspected the Noble well pad on March 12. The weather was flurrying and about 30 degrees. The sky was mostly overcast.

The access road was solid and stable. The well pad was snowcovered and stable.

A portion of the site has been reclaimed and was well mulched and stable. There were PCSMs constructed as well, which were blanketed and stable. The fill slope was well mulched and stable.

The cut slope was vegetated and had no erosional issues apparent. The site, in general did not appear to have any erosional issues at the time of inspection.

The wells were clearly labeled.

There were no violations noted.
