2483392 | Primary Facility | 2016-05-10 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | At time of inspection, arrived on site at 12:35 p.m., the cellar was empty, the (16x9) vent pipe was open and venting to a tank, the (9x5) vent pipe was open and venting to a tank, there was 550psi on the production casing. I took a walk around the location and everything looked OK.
I left the site at 13:10 p.m. |
2809109 | Primary Facility | 2018-11-29 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | I performed a RTNC inspection on the A. Warner Pad. The pad was compact and not very elevated.
The weather at the time of inspection was overcast, following an overnight light snow. It was about 36 degrees. The area surrounding the pad was apparently hayfield and there were no erosional issues noted. The access road was solid and stable, as was the pad surface. There was a mini excavator performing some work on the pad and a water hauler truck pulled in and parked. The gentle cut and fill slopes were all snow covered but had no evidence of erosional problems at the time of inspection. The grasses covering them were visible through the snow. The site was snowplowed recently. There were no violations noted during the inspection. |
2811777 | Primary Facility | 2018-11-27 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | I arrived at the site at 14:17. The weather conditions are cloudy skies windy and cold, with snow showers, and temperatures in the low to mid 30's. The was no activity or personnel at the site during the inspection. The A Warner 1H and 2H wells are in production. The storm water level was at the top of the well cellars due to recent precipitation events. I departed from the site at 14:34. |
