2816240 | Primary Facility | 2018-12-13 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | I performed a RTNC inspection of the LaRue well pad in Dimock, PA. The weather at the time of inspection was flurries, 31 degrees F. There were small patches of light snow scattered around. The ground was frozen and solid.
The well pad itself was small and the cut slope and fill slope were all well vegetated and solid. The vegetation on the slopes was healthy and lush and there were no erosional difficulties noted. The access road was short and solid with no ruts. The wells on site were all properly labeled and the produced water tanks were in a galvanized steel containment. There were no violations noted |
