Erosion and sediment control BMPs are in place, in good repair, and appear to be functioning as intended. The right-of-way is in vairous stages of restoration, with some areas having undergone final grading and seeding and other areas temporarily stabilized for the winter months. No evidience of accelerated erosion or sedimentation was observed.
