According to the restoration schedule submitted by Chief, this site is anticipated to be restored during Spring 2018. While this proposed schedule has been acknowledged by the Department, Chief should still submit a request for a 2-year extension of time to restore the site in accordance with Title 58 Pa. C.S. § 3216 (relating to site restoration) (2012 Oil and Gas Act). No violations were cited during this inspection. |

There were 3 properly tagged Marcellus wells staged for production. All the well cellars were filled in with gravel. There were 3 GPUs, 3 produced water tanks, 1 compressor, and 1 freshwater tank onsite. Two infiltration basins were onsite as PCSM. Both basins contained a fair amount of ice and snow. The rest of the area was free from snow and was greater than 70% vegetative cover. No E&S issues were observed at the time of inspection. According to Department records the ESCGP for this pad expires on 3/23/19. It also appears that a 2-year site restoration extension was acknowledged on 10/5/18. No violations were noted at the time of inspection. |
