This inspection follows-up on a well communication incident between Chief’s Bahl 1H well, which was being fracced, and Chesapeake’s Warburton Sul 2H). The incident, reported by Chief occurred at approximately 14:16 on 6/21/17 when Chief was fraccing Stage 9 on the Bahl 1H. Shut-in tubing pressure spiked at 5010 psi. In response Chesapeake installed a back pressure valve after which Chief continued the frac.

Warburton Sul 2H, well capable of production, shut-in. Water-filled cellar, no bubbling. 2 annular vents. 13-3/8” x 9-5/8: - 0.9 psi (digital), 9-5/8” x 5-1/2”: - 11.5 psi 5-1/2”: 47 psi Left @ 10:00
